In Your Chevrolet

One of Brian's first cars in high school was a 1953 Chevrolet. Running across Dinah Shore's 1952 singing commercial just about puts us in the mood for a road trip.

    I remember riding in that car. I loved it.

    In 1953 GM could make a tight four-door car, so tight that your ears popped when you closed the door.

    They're a lot safer now, and carry a lot more bells and whistles, but that was still one heck of a car.
