A Lot Of Thai Part Two

Next up are Green Curry, featuring Thai eggplant, and Tom Yum Soup.















Now it's time to visit the nearest market with Yui. She made it's clear that it's far from the largest market, yet we still a greater variety of vegetables and fruit than we've ever seen all at once.










If Yui hadn't been with us, we'd never have known that the reddish substance below is chicken blood, used in soups and stews.

And now it's back into the Volkswagen van and back to Yui's house to cook more food. Yum!
