We're enjoying the company of Russell, the personable whoodle whose family is traveling here and there for a couple of weeks.

If it weren't for Russell, we wouldn't have been standing in our back yard at 5:30 a.m., taking in the beautiful morning.
If it weren't for Russell's intense stare upward, we wouldn't have noticed the Great Blue Heron perched in our tree.
A nice start to the day...
