Through A British Travel Writer's Eyes: "savouring a city's flavours"

We enjoyed reading "Seattle, USA: savouring a city's flavours" in the Daily Telegraph.

She's right about the spring rolls at the Tamarind Tree "...easily the best spring rolls I have ever savoured – explosions of hyper-fresh texture and taste, like new growth wrapped in rice paper..."

It's an enjoyable read for anybody who might visit Seattle.
