We wandered around the Darling Harbour area for a couple of hours on a warm Fall day. We decided to reward ourselves with a visit to Din Tai Fung, the large Taiwan-based restaurant chain where we first discovered the joys of xiao long bao, or soup dumplings.
This outlet is located in a food court of all places, one located in the basement of the Star casino complex. We didn't have to wait long for our food and the dumplings tasted as good as far. The $20 price was right too, especially considering Australian food prices.
