Here we are at the reasonably attractive New Orleans Amtrak Station.
After a brief but elegant wait in the special lounge for sleeping car passengers...
We boarded. Okay, we admit it - we're excited, even when we find out they're not serving lunch, that the dining car is apparently a one-man operation, and that the breakfast is "continental."
We are All aboard the City of New Orleans.
