Kapaa, Kauai: JO 2

Recommended both by the usual guides and a foodie neighbor who visited Kauai recently (Thanks, Jenise!), we decided to try out this joint, located inauspiciously in a strip mall.

They offer an early bird-type special, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
