Heathrow is now our second favorite British airport. The favorite is “any other British airport,” but especially Gatwick.
We enjoy our front-row seats.
After a pleasant flight featuring two very friendly BA flight attendants (one even retrieved our bags from the third-row overheads for us after landing!), we land earlier than anticipated after the delay, make our way through the path for connecting flights, only getting lost once, encounter friendly security employees, and are now relaxing in a deserted BA Lounge with a glass of Champagne.
It’s a pleasant Saturday evening!
