Annoyingly but unsurprisingly, Copa can’t provide boarding passes for our second flights so we’ll have to get those in Denver.
We pass some time in the large and busy Copa Lounge before leaving early for the gate. US-bound flights have an extra layer of security at the gate, plus Ellyn’s boarding pass includes the dreaded SSSS, meaning she’ll probably undergo extra extra security.
And it’s just the beginning of our long flying day.
