We've enjoyed some amazing breakfast buffets at hotels throughout the world. We're already ranking this one at the Hua Hin Marriott among the best.
We also chatted with the charming Dutch restaurant manager, Stefan (only 27!) for some time. He's been in Thailand for five years.

Brian loved the "signature" specialty, fried eggs topped with larb.
They have about everything here, but we'd have to be staying for much longer than three days to fall back on, say, waffles topped with whipped cream and strawberries.
We might arrive earlier and stay longer tomorrow. Yes, that's our plan and we're sticking to it.
