Crystal Cruise has long been considered one of the most prestigious cruise lines. Their website now announces that cruises are "paused."
According to the Daily Mail, two of its ships have been seized in the Bahamas, and a third is allegedly under arrest in Argentina.
The Hong Kong parent company entered bankruptcy and a fuel supplier is trying to recover unpaid fuel bills.
The past two years have been difficult for many large and small businesses, and that certainly includes the travel industry. We can only hope better days are ahead.
