The Medieval City of Perouges

It was interesting but didn't live up to the recommendations. Our lunch was pleasant but not memorable. The Coq au Vin sauce was so dark as to appear black. The salad contained corn, a first for us in France.

The dessert, Galettes, a local specialty, was a cross between a pizza crust and a pie crust, accompanied by sour cream and strawberry preserves.
