On this, the final full day of our trip to China, we splurged on a private guide. Cady met us in the lobby, and the driver of our Hyundai sedan navigated us skillfully through some crowded Labor Day Weekend traffic the two hours or so to Mutianyu.
We rode a chairlift up, walked a bit (it's very steep as it climbs up and down) and enjoyed the views.
How lucky are we to have stood on the Great Wall of China not once but twice in two different locations.
