We were out for a walk between our hotel and the foot of Diamond Head. We wandered through the Philippine Festival in Kapiolani Park and suddenly noticed the surprisingly small Waikiki Aquarium across the street. Was it worth it, especially after visiting large aquariums in various places?
In a word, yes! The seniors' admittance price being half the regular $10 was the icing on the cake. The free audio guides really enhanced the experience, and this a place we'd happily visit again on a future trip.
