A Lot Of Thai Part Four

Our two days proceed in a pleasant and now-familar pattern: Watch, learn, sample, cook, and eat. It's tough work but somebody has to do it.





Now it's time to prepare Stuffed Cucumber Soup. First you slice and hollow out some cucumber...







Then you mash some spices and mix them into minced pork...



Then you stuff the cucumbers with the mixture...



Until they look like this.



Now it's turn to try our hand at carrot carving. Brian's special carving warrants a display on a spoon.







Now it's time to cook up the finished product.



Soup's on.
