El Pollo Inka: Peruvian Cuisine in Miami

All four of us took two Covid tests (NAAT and PCR) and the results were negative. Bermuda has approved our entry applications, so it appears we’re all set to board Riviera tomorrow.

To celebrate, we made a 15-minute drive over to this modest little strip-mall joint, one of the area’s top-rated restaurants.

The traditional toasted corn brought back memories of visiting Lima.

We started off with a very tasty Ceviche sampler for four.

Kathy and Brian enjoyed the traditional Lomo Saltado, a sort of Chinese-Peruvian stir-fry.

How often do you see French Fries and white rice sharing a plate? Great for soaking up the sauce.

Tom and Ellyn dined on seafood and liked it.

Well worth a visit.
