We've awakened to what's probably about the best weather of this trip. By that we mean it's above freezing, it's neither raining nor snowing, and there is no snow on the ground.
In other words, our standards for "good weather" are substantially lower (and more realistic) than they were only two weeks ago.
Of course seeing an article in Die Welt, Wissenschaftler warnen vor Eiszeit, or "Scientists are warning of an Ice Age," makes us realize that debate about weather and climate is never-ending.
As for us, if this weather prevails today we plan to take a nice long walk. If we walk long enough, we may even reward ourselves by dropping by the Hofbräuhaus.
